It is a delight to introduce the brand new single from a supremely gifted singer-songwriter with a penchant for pop, jazz, funk, soul and everything in between.
Our exclusive today comes from none other than Angus Munro. Famed for his four-octave vocal range, lightening-like piano playing and engaging on-stage charisma, Munro has put his all into the new track and has beautifully curated all the hallmarks of his infectious sound.
The single is taken from the new EP entitled ‘Mirror Man’, set for release on Monday the 26th of June. The Edinburgh-based singer will be playing the Hug & Pint in Glasgow on the 28th of June and Sneaky Pete’s in the capital on the 29th to launch the five track release.
Of the EP and Bleed It Out, Munro says: “Mirror Man’s songs are subjects based around how we deal and recover from loss. Bleed It Out is a love letter to hardcore punk bands like Black Flag and the fans that go crazy at their shows. It’s the most visceral of genres with a live environment that encourages everyone to go nuts regardless of how shitty a day they’ve had.
