Things are getting awfully spoopy this week on Radio ENRG this week. With Halloween falling on a Saturday, we’re convinced this haunted holiday weekend is going to be an All Hallow’s Eve to remember. Many of our presenters will be getting into the spirit with special spooky themed shows, so you can expect some cheesy Halloween hits, and extra fun games through the week.
On ENRGize (Monday 1-2pm) we’ll also be joined by Edinburgh rockers Old Town Rituals (formerly Cuckoo’s Nest) who will be chatting with us about loads of things, including their new single, ‘The World Ain’t Waiting Lately’ and their upcoming Edinburgh gigs at Teviot Underground this coming Thursday (22 October) and Electric Circus on the 3 November. They will also be playing an acoustic session live on air, so it’s definitely not one to miss.
We have interviews lined up for the next couple weeks on ENRGize with ENSA VP of Reps & Volunteers Rojan Kumar on 2 November, and President of the Napier Student’s Association Sophie Goddard on 9 November.
It’s also worth mentioning that we have a steady flow of catch-up content appearing on our soundcloud and around the site. As always, interviews and acoustic sessions are on their respective tabs, but you can also listen again on each show’s individual page. (Right now there is fresh content for ENRGize, The Verge, & Kowalski).
And, we’ve started a trial run of written reviews by Radio ENRG presenters & reporters. To kick this off, we have a review of VANT‘s Electric Circus gig from earlier in the month. Keep an eye on the Reviews tab for more.
